What unmetered products are available?
We offer a number of different packages aimed at both home and business users. Certain packages are restricted to certain times of the day or week, also different contention ratios can apply. What are contention ratios?
Contention ratio refers to the number of other unmetered users that a particular user will share a modem at the ISP with. The lower the contention ratio the more likely an uninterrupted service will be experienced. Unlike ADSL contention ratios which refer to bandwidth unmetered contention ratios refer to modems.

What does 'use' mean?
This is the maximum conection time allowed each month. For example
the 'use' for Anytime Lite is 50 hours a month (an average of about
100 minutes a day). Time remaining at the end of the month is not

How do I know how much online time is left?
If the unmetered dialup package you choose is subject
to a maximun monthly online time you can find out how much time
is remaining at anytime via your control panel available from the
Web Portal & Info-Grid. You will
find this information on the full details screen of an active unmetered
account. Remaining online time is reset monthly on the same day
of the month that the account was made active. No unused time will
be carried over to a new month.

Why do ISDN packages show two different 'online time left'?
When you purchase a ISDN package you are actually getting 2 ports to enable connection at 128k. As the radius server will debit seconds for each channel we need to set the actual amount of online time to double that quoted. If you connect at 64k or 56k then you are using only one channel and that is why we give figures for one channel as well.

How do I order?
You can order through this website by clicking here.
Please note we need to know the telephone number that will be used.
The first month can be paid using a credit/debit card. You can also pay by cheque however this will delay activation of the account until we receive the cheque. On completion of payment a confirmation screen will give details of username, password and telephone number to dial.
