Handy Housekeeping

To keep your PC in tip-top condition, we offer a housekeeping service that will clean both the exterior and interior (unwanted files, cookies, Internet history, etc) to keep your PC operating at maximum potential.

This can be either a half-yearly or yearly service with prices from £49 per visit.

Customised Computing

In addition to optimising your hardware, we can also provide programming services to customise software, such as MicroSoft Office, to your particular needs and requirements. For example, we can undertake:

• Email configuration
• Database development
• Form and file set up
• Originate Microsoft Outlook options
• Contact management systems
• Website development and launch

Prices for these services start from only £99.

Maintenance and Repair

In addition to all of the specific services detailed above, we are also available, often at short notice, to assist with repair and maintenance of your PC or laptop computer(s). This can be undertaken on either an ad-hoc or contract basis. Whether you have had a computer crash or just need some assistance and/or assurance, please call our helpline.

Residential Repair Service (Ad-Hoc)

All basic service is £15 per half-hour + plus parts (if applicable).
Appointments must be made for our workshop repair service.
Add £15 for call outs.

Business Call Out Service (Ad-Hoc)

All basic service is £40 per hour + £20 call out on site plus parts (if applicable).

Business Scheduled Call Out Service

All basic scheduled service provided is £20 per hour on site plus parts (if applicable).

Small Business Contract

• Unlimited technical support for up to 10 workstations and 1 server
• £179 per month OR
• £1999 per year
